FTP Site

Instructions for file-upload to our FTP site:

ftp.bondrepro.com

All files must be compressed, zipped or stuffed before uploading.

Please Note: We find that Explorer and Communicator (Netscape) are not always successful with FTP upload. Dedicated FTP applications work the best. Try Fetch, Interarchy, Transit etc. for the Mac or Cute FTP, Smart FTP etc. for the PC.

1. After launching your FTP application, open a New Connection.
2. Fill in the Host field with our ftp address: ftp.bondrepro.com/incoming
   Leave the User ID, Password and Directory fields blank.
3. Click OK.
4. Drag your compressed archive(s) inside to transfer.
5. Upon completion, Refresh or Refreshing the File List will cause your files to disappear. This is normal on our server and serves as a security feature to preserve the privacy of all our clients who upload.
6. If, for whatever reason, your upload cancels out or stops, revise the name of your compressed archive and try again. (Permissions will not let anyone overwrite an existing file.)
7. Please notify your account representative or the Art Department when your files are ready to be downloaded from our FTP so as not to cause any delay in the processing of your job.
